It’s been about two weeks since I set up my Garden Tower 2, and so far, all the seedlings have seem to have taken well to their new home. Particularly happy are the tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, and squash. The lettuce, while growing, looks a bit sad due to the constant 80°F-plus temperatures we’ve been having the past few weeks. Here’s what else we’ve seen.
I finally received The Garden Tower Project’s Garden Tower 2 this past week and had the opportunity to set it up. Here are my first impressions.
We saw our first signs of life today in our Stop & Shop Grow & Learn vegetable and herb garden, which we planted in anticipation of my soon-to-arrive garden tower from The Garden Tower Project.
I wasn’t going to do it this year. I have a toddler and infant, and adding a garden into the care-taking mix was not going to happen. I’d have to built beds, pick out vegetables, deal with the garden center in quarantine… Then came Stop & Shop, my local grocery store, and The Garden Tower Project.
High in antioxidants—including Vitamins C and K—alfalfa sprouts are a delicious, crunchy addition to any sandwich or salad. And growing your own is fast, easy, and cheaper than buying them in the store!
